Account deletion

While signed in, open Account settings and choose the account deletion option when available. You may also email privacy@mosaicearth.app from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Delete my MosaicEarth account”.

What to include

• Your MosaicEarth username and account email.
• Whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific data.
• Enough information for us to verify that the request belongs to you. Never send a password, payment card number or identity document unless our privacy team specifically explains a secure need and method.

What happens next

We acknowledge the request, verify ownership and remove or anonymize eligible account data, private projects and social-login links. We normally complete valid requests within the period required by applicable law and will explain any exceptional delay.

Information we may need to retain

We may retain limited records when required for tax, payment, fraud prevention, legal claims or compliance. Public assets, completed licences and transaction records may require a different treatment to preserve the rights of other users; we will explain this in the response.

Disconnecting a social login

You can also revoke MosaicEarth from the connected Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Facebook or LinkedIn account. Revoking a provider stops future sign-in through that provider but does not by itself delete the MosaicEarth account; use the deletion request above for full removal.
